The Cinema has good seating arrangements, the movie can be viewed from any seating area without obstructions. The Green Room is a great venue the female mixologist makes cocktails with passion, dedication & love. A Pina Colada from scratch, it was refreshing & delicious. I would be happy to return again.

Well maintained compared to the overrun cinemas like showcase

Great screens, comfy seats, friendly staff. Been here several times since it's been open. Clean facilities, however the last couple of times a couple of the toilets have been out of order or a lock has fallen off, which does need sorting as the rest of the cinema is in a good condition.

Great seats and a good view of the screen where ever you sit, sound system good, lights dark enough so not to distract, overall good

Me and my friends pre-booked Fifty Shades Freed online, it started at 9 we got there about 8.45 and the que's we're ridiculous. It took us 15mins to reach the front desk, and all we needed was to collect tickets. I think the light either needs to send your tickets as confirmation through email or have a separate printing booth. I did notice however not every checkout had someone behind it, so perhaps this is where the fault lies.

Other than that, the cinema was buzzing and an excellent atmosphere. It was warm, comfortable and the staff were friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the film, and we had a great time other than the queuing.

Went in half term terrible queues . Only one person selling tickets , machines broken and only one person checking tickets . Printed our tickets before hand so would recommend doing that . Have been here before and very disappointed , in the ladies toilet most of the toilets out of order ! The screens are great and seating very comfy .
Need more staff on in the holidays .

We visited this cinema to see this film, the admission prices are reasonable, you get a free cup of coffee and the seating was comfortable - a good experience

Went to the cinema to see Darkest Hour. Very good price. Young man on desk was very helpful and informative. Seats are very comfortable and due to the rake view of the screen was excellent. Very good sound.

I went with a family party to see the latest Star Wars film after Christmas 2017. Seats are comfortable, even for a long film and well tiered, so you can see easily even when someone is sitting in front of you.
There is plenty of parking, but they are often nearly full, so at busy times you have to go early as it may take a while to find a parking space. Just have to keep looking. On this occasion we found one easily. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Me and the hubby came here last year, I'm not a big cinema person, I think they are too loud and very uncomfortable but I must admit this is the best cinema I have been to so far. Wouldnt go any where else now to watch my films.

I came to The Light Cinema to watch the latest Stars wars film and overall I was impressed. The cinema was clean and the staff gave a quick talk before the film began. The screens here aren't as big as some others in the area but otherwise I enjoyed my time there. To note, the parking outside isn't free so you might be better parking elsewhere or using public transport to get to the cinema.

Good cinema only problem people don't sit in the right place and someone decided to put there jacket in my seat when I asked them to move it the went "why it's not like anyone has to sit there" I politely told them that is my seat then they gave me a dirty looked and rolled there eyes so I had to sit somewhere else

Love how local this cinema is to us. During a normal week there is a lack of children's films if you've a child not of school age. Also the toilets are always dirty with at least a couple always out of use. Prices are high, £1.70 for a bottle of water. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Let down by having to pay for parking. Shame! Lovely cinema. Little bit cheaper and little bit more legroom than both Cineworld and Showcase, which was a nice surprise. All the screens are upstairs and small (ish) but with great audio. The access to the seats is unusual but, because of the extra legroom, people don't need to get up to let you through. Just before the opening title a man came in and introduced the film verbally, which INSTANTLY silenced the room. Very well played! We'll go back. The car parking was £3.20 for 4 hours (on a Sunday at 3:40pm) so not too bad, and we paid with card using the app. (Location 59795)
