Took my niece here last week. Such lovely and polite staff. Food was very good and my niece had such an amazing time she wants to go back. Lovely place and very clean! Definitely recommend.

Visited for the first time this weekend and I must say I was so impressed!!
I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner soft play, the COVID measures put in place made me and my family feel safe sanitising stations everywhere and the socks just add to the cleanliness of the place and they look super cool.
Staff are friendly and helpful, they sell food, desserts and drinks
Highly recommend, will be regular weekend visitors

Took my neice in for the first time over the weekend. Best soft play I've been to ever😍 I think I enjoyed it more than my neice. Very spacious and clean unlike other soft play centres I've visited in the area and during times like these I would say they are spot on👌... It was a busy time when we visited but the staff always seemed to keep on top of things and always had a warm friendly attitude no matter how run off their feet they were. Definitely worth it and will most definitely be coming back to play 💯

Been several times to this soft play and its always a pleasure. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff are always polite and helpful. Yes you have to pay £2 extra for their special socks (that you keep and re-use) but given the circumstances its a bonus. Will continue to go until my children outgrow it ❤

All of my family have been to little hooligans and they love it and so do I for my nephews so much that I tell my friends about it and they are now regulars we love how clean the play area is and they use these anti bacterial socks and they are amazing especially during these bad times through covid all the staff are so lovely and polite they will help you with anything you need! The also do food and drinks that cater anyone’s needs and it’s great too which is a bonus thank you little hooligans you are all stars

The place was really clean it didn’t smell the soft play and slides were clean and also the tables. The staff were really polite and busy cleaning. There was a staff member called fee she was really polite and caring and I saw her helping out a mother who’s child was having a tantrum by giving him a sticker which was really helpful. I will be back

My daughter had a great time really enjoyed herself. I booked online so didn't expect to pay an extra £4 for soaks for me and her when we both had soaks already but was told by a very polite member of staff that I had to use there soaks as they were special anti bacterial grip ones 😏 not sure about the anti bacterial part lol. Also noticed a large black dusty mark on the front of my t-shirt quickly realising it was off the large orange Post I had just lent on. Certain areas inside the the play area were thick with dust also, just think during these times the place should be spotless.

I took my daughter and her friends for her birthday. I had a lovely experience but then again I always do at little hooligans. The staff was so nice and so helpful I couldn't have asked more of them. So pleased, at the end the kids were given a sticker that absolutely made their day.

Visited the place today for the first time and will definitely come back. Lovely place for kids and for their parents, gardians. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Affordable prices for sessions and food/drinks which were a good quality. We've had a really good day. Highly recommend the place

Visited here today for the first time with my daughter & we met my friend and her two children there.
My daughter has had a fantastic afternoon, uts probably the best soft play centre I've been to.
We didn't have any hot food but the food coming out looked of good quality.
It was super clean & lovely staff.
It's a little pricey compared to other soft plays but " you get what you pay for "
Will definitely be returning soon. :)

Best play area ever I would pick this play centre over any other in the Midlands area. Wolverhampton west brown even Birmingham the play centres are run down and dirty! The service is impeccable all the staff and the owner are friendly and really accommodating! The equipment is great even the baby area is unmatchable they even have a sensory room. Food is great here and halal which is inclusive of all diets. Been coming here since my child was a baby she’s now 3. Will b coming here till we’re too old

Brilliant soft play centre. Easy for the younger children to get round, 2 big slides a trampoline a football/basket ball area an under 5 area and 2 party rooms. It is a little pricey @ £5.95 and then you have to pay a £1 per adult personally I shouldn't see why you have to pay for adults because without the adults your child wouldn't be able to go anyway. Nevertheless It a nice clean and well kept softplay

Absolutely loved this place and I would recommend it. Walked in through a secured entrance and could instantly smell cleaning products which was amazing as I could see how clean it was. I took my daughter during the week and it was lovely and quiet. The staff were polite and helpful and I think it was all reasonably priced for where it is and what it has to offer, including the food too. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because when I ordered food and sat down with my daughter to eat. I had cutlery but my daughter did not. Now I'm assuming if I went and asked for some I probably would have been given them but as I was on my own with my daughter and on the other side of the room to reception, I couldn't just leave her to ask. I feel that if adults are given cutlery then children should have cutlery too.
Also regarding older kids in the younger play area should be down to the parents not the staff, even though they did tell them. It's the parents who still should be able to tell their children where they should be playing. If they had young children they wouldnt let them roam around in the big kids area so it should be vice versa. The staff can only do so much. Parents need to tell their children that that area isnt for them. This isnt down to Little Hooligans as they have done a really good job in making a very good younger childs area. Best one I've seen yet.

Get place to take the gran kids, the staff are delight and nothing is too much for them. Its reasonably priced and they have a good selection of food. Will be back very soon.

I have been here a few times only but I am very happy with this place, comparing with other kids play area.
They are organised, the whole ares is clean ( despite its a kid play area ) toilets are clean and the food its ok.
Kids have a lot of areas to play in, the place is quite big, and if you go in late afternoon its not that busy so you can go with your kid inside all play areas.
Parking is a bit difficult here because its a central area but like I said above, try go in late afternoon, you can find some parking spaces on Lowe Hall Lane.
I do recommend this place to go with your kid/kids.

This is our favourite soft play centre. My girls love it here and choose it over all others we have visited. I love how clean it is in there and the staff keep on top of it constantly. Especially the toilets. Very friendly and helpful staff who deal with any issues promptly. Food is really nice too and reasonably priced. We just had our eldest 5th birthday party here on Friday. Everyone who came enjoyed the experience and some who didn't know about it are wanting to revisit and book parties themselves. I've also had people ask where I had her party just from the photos. Which were amazing so thank you for that (photos are included in party packs). Just want to thank all staff in making my daughter's party special. We appreciate you all. See you soon again soon :)

Visited for the first time today and was impressed. It smelled clean and looked clean. Very friendly staff who kept on top of the cleaning and ensured the place was free of rubbish and empty cup etc. I ordered food which was a decent price with generous portions. It tasty lovely too!! Well done!!

Recognised i was a new customer and went the extra mile to point this out and ensure our experience was fantastic.
Promoted other events showing a genuine interest in their jobs and we stayed til closing time and they were not pushy in any way at getting anyone to vacate.
I identified how the were working well as a team non stop on this busy Saturday and let their customers really enjoy the environment.
My little 3year old boy says he wants to go again mummy because one of the girls chatted with him and gave him a sticker.
SMALL THINGS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE!
