Masovia Craft Bakery is a hidden gem conveniently situated in Lichfield Street in the centre of Walsall. Since its opening in October 2021, it has become a firm favourite with customers due to its freshly baked produce using only quality ingredients.
Originally the brainchild of Polish-born Pawel Podolak and his brother-in-law Krzysztof Podolak, the Masovia Craft Bakery came about after the success of parent company, Bakery Mazowsze. With a passion for traditional Polish food inspired by their heritage, the pair set up a small bakery in 2006. A now thriving family business that focuses on business-to-business sales to more than 300 stores, an expansion was inevitable. Branching out to serve walk-in customers daily, Masovia was born.
