Mac was helpful from the minute he answered the phone until the jobs completion. We had suffered an attempted break in and required emergency repairs as a matter of urgency. Even though the fitting teams were busy Mac made time for us in his schedule so he could attend the next day and provided a quote over the phone. Mac was very punctual and friendly on arrival and set straight to work. The works completed were above and beyond what was quoted with Mac having to cut access to the lift over door mechanism but he did this with out a fuss . The completed repairs and door service in a efficient manner and I can’t fault the workmanship as it was excellent. The price for the service was as quoted and for me this represented brilliant value for money. I can honestly wholeheartedly recommend Mac and his Company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Booked in for 4pm and arrived promptly.
Was informed after courteous and professional inspection that an addition to the repair was advisable, but not absolutely necessary.
My choice with no pressure.
Worked completed to I believe a high standard. Explanation given.
Could not be more competent or courteous.
Cannot recommend to highly.

Rung just before 7pm (everyone else closed) about major problem with my roller shutter garage door.
Arrived early next morning, as promised, and fixed the door in 2 hours at the agreed price. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the moment Mac came out to quote to the finished article we cannot be more pleased. The garage door has given the house an instant facelift at an extremely reasonable price. The installation was smooth with all rubbish collected at the end and a clear demo of how to use the garage door. The installation boys were very friendly and informative at all times when questions were asked .. thank you again for a job well done

Rang MD about repairing our garage door, spoke to an engineer, who seemed to understand the problem I had. I asked him for a quote over the phone which he was happy enough to give me. We arranged for him to come and look at the door at 10.30 the same morning, he did ring to say he was running a bit late and could he come 30 mins later which wasn't a problem. When he arrived he quickly saw the problem and had the parts to repair the door. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door requirements in the future

We wanted new, customer-made garage doors with some unusual features. M D came to see us, was very helpful in deciding what was best and suggested the best way to achieve what we wanted. Very impressed with this company. Rang this morning - Saturday - and Mac arranged to call at 1pm to fix my garage door which had gone completely lop-sided - the cable had snapped. He did a really good job and not only supplied new cabling but improved on the mechanical set up. The garage door now opens and shuts much more easily than it has done in years.

Called MD at lunchtime on a Saturday, described the problem and was given a quote there and then. Asked when they could fit me in and told they could be with me later that afternoon - given it was a Saturday, I wasn't expecting that. Mac arrived and was a true professional. As well as fixing the fault, he also re-attached a piece of trim that had come loose and lubricated the door - it has never been so smooth!

Mac has been out to me to replace a lock on garage door, turned up on time and was very friendly and professional sorted the lock and made sure I knew how to open and close it and replaced 2 plastic runners and did some maintenance on the door as well-very happy with the service and will recommend them-mrs Williams pelsall

I had a problem with the locking of our garage door on Friday. I contacted 3 companies who were simply not interested in any maintenance or repair problems. At 10.00am this morning I telephoned MD and received a return call in 5 minutes. By 5.30pm the door had been expertly repaired and serviced by Mac. How refreshing to receive a prompt, efficient and personal service from a local firm. Full marks and man y thanks.
