Body Composition Assessments use non-invasive methods to assess the current composition of the body. This is measured through using callipers and different tapes at various specific locations across the body. This is put into a clear concise report to take away from the appointment. This makes it easier to track change and see what effects training has on the composition of the body. These assessments have been proven to be the most accurate, most cost-effective and the one of the least invasive. Body Composition Assessments are available for just £20.
