Absolutely recommend! Had joe along with jammy splodgers face painter for my twins 6th birthday party. They had a UV Glow party and it was amazing. Everyone enjoyed themselves included the parents! Sorry for late review Joe🤦‍♀️❤️

What an amazing party! We booked Joe for a joint 6th birthday! From start to finish, he had the children entertained. Great mix of games, dances and had everyone laughing including the adults! Super organised and completely faultless! Everyone commented on Joe and said how amazing he was. Thank you for making the party so fantastic! Would absolutely recommend!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to MidzKidz for a brilliant party Saturday. Having to keep 30 kids entertained is a tough job I wouldn’t want😂😂 but Joe absolutely smashed it. The kids loved it dancing.. games and sweets a kids dream. Joe made sure everyone was included even the parents were involved for a little Pontins throwback😂😅.. my little girl had the best time. Highly recommended if you need an entertainer for a kids party 🎉🎉❤️

P.S hope the face paint came out 😂😂😂

Just been to a party where DJ Joe was the entertainer. Great party until the end. My 5 year old boy asks him to pass a balloon off the stage. DJ Joe passes the balloon but before he does switches the mic off and sternly says ‘how about a please next time’
(I hear this as I was walking towards my child anyway as could see he was trying to reach this balloon)

I turn a blind eye, it’s a party, it’s full on and hats off to you, not something I could do!

My 5 year old walks towards me now and DJ Joe announces on the mic, ‘who hasn’t had a sweet, if you haven’t come and grab one!’

My child immediately turns around to get said sweet as do a load of other kids all huddled around the bucket. When my child tries to go for a sweet, fun Joe switches CONVENIENTLY switches the mic off and tells my son ‘apologise first.’ My son does so and goes to grab a sweet, has his hand in the bucket and DJ Joe removes the bucket again, telling my son to ‘say sorry again.’ My son does so and before I can stop him and walks away with his Haribo packet. All this time my son does not even know what he is apologising for.

I immediately stop my child and walk him back to DJ Joe, and ask what my son had to apologise for. He tells me my son had to apologise (twice) for ‘being disrespectful throughout the party and throwing things in his face!’ My son had been at the back of the party hall playing with some other children and balloons for the whole 2 hours only coming to the front 3 times (once at the start, once for the cake and once to say thanks to the parents, despite my best efforts to keep him away from playing with balloons). At the start of the party when DJ Joe was amongst the kids sitting on a chair playing party games, my 5 year old bounced a balloon off his head…. Normal behaviour at a party from a 5 year old boy! Not for DJ Joe though!! This warrants telling a 5 year old in the absence of his parent to apologise twice before getting a sweet.

Suggestion DJ Joe next time you think it’s ok to speak to any child like you did (without approaching the parent first) leave your MIC on and say it out aloud so the parents can hear you. Perhaps you then might see a decline in your 5* reviews!

Thanks for also upsetting my 5 year old who cried on the way home from his friends party because all of his friends watched him have to say sorry twice and he didn’t know what he was saying sorry for… 1st class for a children’s entertainer!

Joe was fantastic at my sons 5th birthday party, he had them all dancing, playing games, laughing... Non stop for 2 hours (with a little break for lunch). He was fully in control and took the pressure off us! Would highly recommend!

We hired Joe for our twins 5th party and can’t believe how good it was. Joe kept all the kids and adults entertained from start to finish. He was very professional and well organised. Would definitely book again. Everything was well organised and suited to the ages of the children perfectly. The kids loved it and it was lovely to see them all enjoying themselves. Jo is lovely and is very good at keeping all the kids engaged and involved equally, they all won prizes and all felt included. Worked his magic on room full of sugar filled kids, my two are now fast asleep after a fun filled afternoon 😴 Can’t fault MidzKids at all, great experience.

Thank-you Joe for an amazing party to celebrate my daughter’s 8th Birthday. It was just Brilliant. Great equipment for the UV, DJ/light set up and Joe created a happy party atmosphere. You’ve got a great energy and clearly know how to entertain as both the kids and adults had a great time!! It’s was everything we wanted it to be and more!! Lots of compliments from parents and the children. We had the Uv face paint too and that added a something extra, which the children enjoyed as they were getting into the party mode. A huge Thank you on a personal note, as you never really know what the entertainment will be like but you literally blew it out of the park. Relief and elation all round. I should say Joe is a genuine good guy and before/after the party you chatted and made my girls laugh and at ease
