OMG -60! - where could I celebrate (and commiserate) becoming an OAP!
60 is the birthday I was dreading; but talking to friends I felt I had to celebrate this, and also wanted to thank my friends for the support they have given me since my Father died. I wanted to treat them….. and what a treat we all had at Mim's Mom's.
From the very professional pre-party planning to the forethought and insight into what would be required and the exceptionally personal touches, the perfect setting and customer focussed hospitality, I couldn't have wished for a more perfect night.
The staff team welcomed us with champaigne,and my guests were visibly wowed by the the decor, the tables and the general ambiance of the setting, not to mention the wonderful food.
Were we really still in Cannock ?... yes and enjoying a high tea evening which would have been a credit to any of the best well known restuarants around.
On reflection, I have the most wonderful memories of a fabulous evening with my friends, made extra special by the staff and fayre at Mims.
Well done and thank you to Carol and the team for a unique and highly enjoyable experience

Had afternoon tea today for my 40th birthday it was amazing, had a lovely selection of sandwiches along with crisps, homemade coleslaw and a variety of cakes from meringue, Victoria sponge, macaroons, chocolate brownies, chocolate eclaires, scones with cream and jam and custard slices there was that much to choose from I ended up taking some home for tea which my husband will also enjoy , thank you mims moms, I have always enjoyed visiting and never been let down, would highly recommend to anyone, also good with children so don't let taking children in put you off, very friendly and was very good with my children they make everyone feel so welcome.

Had a really lovely afternoon tea, sandwiches were lovely, bread nice and fresh, fillings plentiful, gorgeous cakes, and such a good variety! Service was fab, so attentive, nothing was too much trouble, we had extra sandwiches brought to the table and fresh hot drinks, just fab! We will definitely be back, thank you for your hospitality �

Went there for my birthday last week, for a treat from my mom we had a afternoon tea for 4 the food was amazing the staff was beyond lovely, anything thing could do to help they did, even had my granddaughter with me and they give her marshmallow (which she loved) thank you to you all for your amazing work looking forward to coming back

Second time we have been here for afternoon tea and once again it was an absolute delight. Even though it was extremely busy the staff were still very attentive and made our experience enjoyable. Food was delicious and fresh. No complaints �

Had a cake from Mim for my husband's 30th, he loves jammy dodgers so sent her a pic and it was amazing! Looks incredible and the sponge is delicious! Will definitely be ordering all my cakes from here from now on!
