Went for my yearly checkup receptionist staff were very polite and friendly. Did not wait long to be seen everything was explained clearly to me, made me feel comfortable (always extremely nervous with dentist since I was very young). Had the checkup quick clean on back teeth all good. Been with them for years and will continue. Highly recommend.

The Dental Practice has always been friendly and professional. Any questions l needed answering were done so by my Dentist or by one of the dental nurses. The safety measures brought in to help with COVID-19 are excellent and l feel perfectly safe and comfortable when visiting the practice.

Fabulous Staff at Oraco Pelsall. Fast, efficient service, any treatment required is always fully explained and Dental Technician’s are amazing. Receptionists are lovely and always go the extra mile to find you a suitable appointment. Well done to the Team and a fabulously spotlessly clean and modern environment.

Reception staff were lovely both times I went, once for a check up and then for a filling.
Dr Hill was both gentle and thorough, he and Michelle his dental nurse were reassuring and patient as my hearing is impaired so needed them to repeat things.
