Considering I had no appointment I was seen straight away and my problem was solved.

I had toothache following two check ups. Rang and was dealt with in an understanding way. Receptionist explained I may have to wait to be seen. I waited about 20 minutes and was seen. Alternative treatments explained. Very very satisfied.
