I used Pickfords for a house move and highly recommend them from the experience I had. The communication was impeccable from the team (Laura, Harjinder and Harpreet) and was suprised at the hours that I could see when they were working on my move. You can track online the progress of your ‘case’, even when it was last looked at by them and was reassuring that you knew that they were working daily at moving things forward. Excellent support throughout the entire process! We had an online portal that showed our progress from start to finish with a percentage of completion as well as a list of actions currently in progress and completed. Most paperwork was completable online while most forms could be uploaded through the same portable.
We received weekly E-mails on progress and any times we were unsure about things, we were able to email our solicitor, who would email us back very quickly.
If we were to move again, we would definitely use Pickfords again

We just downsized and moved from Leicester to London and were recommended Pickfords by a family member. We were provided with an excellent service through-out by Daljit and Esther through-out. HOWLA is a very good communication tool used by the practice that helped with the house buying/selling process. Not to mention they were only a phone call away if we had any queries.
