Had Full window replacement & French door combination fitted last week, the quality of the windows & also doors were outstanding & the fitters on the job couldn't of done any more to help if theyd of tried, to the finest detail the job was outstanding
If you are thinking about having new windows or doors, I wouldn't look further than PVCu DIRECT, you won't be disappointed, I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know

Unmeasurable service.
Thought I needed window units replacing so enquirer with Nick.
Andy came out to survey and informed me that replacement frames and windows were not required.
He ordered me some new hinges that made my old windows back to good, saving me the cost of a new windows and costing PVCu Direct a bigger job which I would have happily have done before being advised by Andy.
If this isn't a true sign of a solid trustworthy company then I don't know what is.
Brilliant company that I would recommend over and over.

The surveyor was prompt and very helpful with lots of useful suggestions.
This was followed with a very favourable quotation and a speedy installation which was neat and tidy.
No problems whatsoever.

Contacted pvcu direct with regards to replacing my front door and windows.I was unsure what i wanted so a member of staff came out to view my property and show me some designs and ideas. He was very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and at ease which made my decision easier. There was no pressure for a sale either which makes a change. I placed my order and as soon as it was in the fitters were booked. They arrived on time and again were friendly making me feel comfortable with them working in my house. They were fast and efficient and left my house clean and tidy. I have recommended to other people and will be getting them back in the near future for some other work

Pvcu direct do a professional job right from the survey, quotation and through to the supply and fit. The lads who fitted my door were polite and very very clean during the job and after the job was finished. It was fitted to impeccable standard.
