I needed a professional at a very short notice, as I found the house dirty and messy when tenants checked out. They were available and punctual. Three ladies came and worked tirelessly for 1.5-2h, fee of £160. Overall I was quite happy because they left the house in a good state and also treated efficiently some difficult areas like an oil-stained wall and the cooker hood greased vent. On the minus side, they missed some spots like dusty skirting boards, also dirt remained on a couple of wall surfaces they worked on. I’d hire them again, agreeing beforehand on the amount of detail in cleaning

Communication from Lillian was fantastic from start to finish as she made sure we got exactly the service we wanted. Her team did a brilliant job with the clean, made 3 bathrooms and a kitchen spotless, including tricky bits inside the drawers and cupboards. We were so pleased that we’ve already arranged to have Lillian and her crew come back to do regular cleaning jobs for us.

It was my lucky day when I chose Radiant Spaces! I cannot praise Lillian enough. It was difficult to organise as I was having to make all the arrangements remotely as I live a distance away. The work involved a very thorough clean following a house clearance and to be completed in just a few days before the house was put on the market. Lillian fitted in with our tight time frame, sent videos of the before and after work. Completed above and beyond, and was extremely pleasant in all respects. I cannot recommend her company highly enough.
