I had a real phobia of driving until I met Paul from Rio Driving School. He helped me to relax enough to begin making small steps. I am now driving the car without those familiar nerves and actually beginning to like being in the car!

After having a years worth of driving lessons with a different driving school I was told I'd never drive. Now, after a few lessons with Rio, I'm making really good progress and been able to park the car in one lesson.

I had x3 hours training with Paul Fisher to prepare for an Advanced driving assessment for the Ambulance Service. I found the tuition with Rio extremely useful and was able to get a good start on commentary driving.

Learn with Rio because they teach you how to drive - not just pass your test. They teach you skills that you will use after you have passed, like focusing your mind so that you can still drive to a high standard even whilst being distracted, i.e. loud music, etc.

Paul Fisher demonstrated what I can only say was a perfect driving assessment.
In a very thorough and demanding course, especially designed for Police assessments, Paul made zero errors in 1.5 hours and earned himself a place on our F1RST Register. It is rare to witness driving of such high standards, and I wish Paul well for the future.

I have just passed my Driving Instructor Training and would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for his help and support during my training. He was very professional in the way he delivered his lessons and as a mentor. His calming nature and encouragement put me as ease during times when I faced challenges during my training. I felt that nothing was too much trouble for him when I needed advice on aspects of my training as he would respond to my emails, text messages and phone calls promptly.
