The rug we ordered wasn't in stock so Rugs Direct 2 U suggested an alternative which arrived securely wrapped and in beautiful condition. We are so grateful to them for suggesting the alternative rug as it suits our room more than our first choice one would have. They couldn't have been more helpful and the price and quality of the rug is fantastic. Would highly recommend this company
