I have ordered 3 rugs from Rugsdirect2u. The service is always superb, ordering is simple and it is nice to speak to a human being if you wish! They have always been honest about delivery times and the products have always been high quality. The staff on the end of the phone are always pleasant and helpful and I have had so many positive comments about the rugs that we have in our new home.
