Just to let you know that my rug arrived yesterday as planned, and is lovely. I just want to thank you for the efficient and professional service Rugs Direct provide – the ordering was easy (and the products very reasonable!), you kept me informed about pick-up, delivery etc without me even asking, so I knew exactly where we were at all times.
