The food was very good. Unfortunately the door kept getting left open on a very cold December day. We had to sit at an exposed table due to a large party. This party/booking seemed to get all the attention. Service was very slow and no check backs were done. We spent a while trying to get the attention of staff for more drinks and sauces. I would recommend, but think the staff could be more attentive especially the manager/owner who seemed to disappear at the start of service.
Credit to one member of staff who gave us a free dessert after my friend had asked if they had a specific dessert.

There was very loud music being played to the point where I could not hear my friend talk. No atmosphere. They kindly accommodated for 8 of us on short notice on Christmas Eve. We had Sarah looking after us, who was fab.....the food wqs delicious and very very filling(so many lovely starters to choose from). We met and observed the owner too in passing. Wonderful place food, fab service and an owner that is bloke that does decent things for the community without wanting any kudos for it

One of the best turkish restaurants ive been to, and definitely a hidden gem in walsall! Visited yesterday on a busy friday evening but service was still perfect. The food is always fresh and flavourful, and they always serve delicious bread and salad with mains. They also provide complimentary turkish tea and rice pudding which was such a nice touch! All the waitresses were so lovely and attentive, especially Sarah thank you☺️

All I can say is WOW!
On a visit to Walsall to see family I booked here for a meal as had tried last time we visited .It was as good as before.
Fabulous food, everyone enjoyed their meals and we all had different food. Drinks were reasonably priced.
The staff are lovely, a credit to the establishment. We will be going again next time we are down that way

Excellent authentic Turkish food. Very fresh, well flavoured and good portions. Really really good service. We ordered the platter special. The warm bread, the salad and condiments were equally good.

Came to salt and pepper for a meal out to celebrate my partner getting a new job. We weren’t sure what we were in for but from the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Our wonderful waitress, Sarah, greeted us with a smile and showed us to our seats. She then took our drinks order and came back with fresh bread, olives, humus and a variety of dips all on the house! The food was fresh, flavourful and delicious. We ordered the calamari starter and white bait, both were delicious. The calamari melted on the mouth it was so well cooked and seasoned to perfection! We then had our mains, the sea bass and the mixed grill…..oh my god the flavour that came off them both was amazing! We were then ready for our bill but not before we were given Turkish tea and rice pudding again both on the house, our waitress could not do enough for us. The hospitality we were shown was second to none! Thank you salt and pepper and all your amazing staff for a truly wonderful experience, we will be back again and again
