Took my little lakeland olive to vet4pets shelfield, had to have some serious dental work done and as always had the best care from Sally and her team thank you so much vets4pets, wouldn’t go anywhere else! Olive is doing fantastic!

Sally vet, and ,as receptionist where absolutely brilliant, I took my lurcher ROSE who I'd only had for 51/2wks, she was an old girl and was used for LAMMPING and on my reckoning had been run into the ground, poor baby. I hoped I'd have her abit longer than I did, so she got worse over the weekend and I had to make that awful 😖 decision, and send her over the rainbow Bridge, it where heartbreaking 💔 anyway vets4pets where absolutely brilliant, and was very caring and genuinely helpful? Thanku so so much to SALLY & ZAK for all you did .

My dog suffered extensive injury after being attacked by another dog. Sally has been amazing from the moment I made contact, assisting me firstly via email after a visit to the emergency vet and then at a face to face appointment. Both myself and Charlie could not have asked for a better service after such a traumatic experience. Thank you for being so caring.

First time here and I needed to see an eye specialist immediately walking in the room it was a good environment there was a huge hello from the reception team and the vets and nurses all said hello as they passed the busy waiting area, I use a different practice usually but I would like to change to this vets full time for any needs u may have for my dog. My dogs got an eye ulcer at the moment and it's proving to be a little difficult to get rid of so I have come here to see Sally the eye specialist 🙂 first meeting with Sally and she put my mind at ease she said we will sort this ulcer out and made me feel really confident that my dogs ulcer will be treated accordingly.

The receptionist was amazing very caring and greeted us kindly.
The vet we seen was very thorough with our puppies check and confirmed what we thought she had . He was very gentle and caring he did every check that was needed .

All staff friendly and helpful. Sally Potter the vet was excellent calm knowledgeable and understanding came up with treatment options for my elderly dog to try and diagnose the problem and get us heading in the right direction without invasive procedures . I had seen a different vet practice before and did not receive the same high standard of care that Barney got from Sally and the team. Many thanks.

Have always experienced a quality service and good customer service. The vet who carried out the surgical procedure on Betty our jack Russell dog was a pleasant person who explained everything and showed great compassion at a difficult and anxious time for us. Praying that this horrible mammary tumour doesn’t return. Thank you for your service.

Took my rescue kitten to be neutered here and they were so good. 2 days later and you can't even see the wound, it was that neat and clean. They even rang to check he was feeling okay the next day and offered loads of advice during his discharge. Super impressed and very glad we decided to use you guys.

From reception staff, first encounter knowing my dog is nervous (rescue) went above and beyond. Help in other areas and offered to call previous owner. Spent a lot of time with me and my dog without hesitation ever thought other people were coming in still remained professional and sorted them out too. The vet was incredible spent time gaining by dogs trust as he’s usually not very good with males but he was absolutely fine with this vet. Explained everything and again went above and beyond with treatment options and advise. Would highly HIGHLY recommend these vets if you want the best service and care for your loved pets

Vets for Pets Shelfield are consistently good in the care given to the animals they treat. Everyone from the reception and nurses to the vets themselves I have found to be kind, considerate and knowledgeable. A special shout out for vet Beth Archer who is especially good and never gives up trying to find the best treatment for your furry baby. Margaret Gaunt.
