Large open area not cramped like most gyms good air conditioning, no sauna but I'm not there for that,loads of equipment clean environment, helpful staff and best of all no posers or mirror queens .you can workout to your own music or music that is played out inside the gym,televisions above treadmills and elliptical trainers showing the news around the world.And on entering and leaving gym you have your touchpad .
