We recently purchased three seater Italian leather sofas with two
footstools and matching cushions from Sofa Factory Outlet.
Mark went out of his way to help us choose the color, design and ensured it all fitted correctly. The company have a range on offer and always take the customer requirements in consideration. We are really pleased with our sofas and footstools that are the focal point of our living room and this was only possible with Marks wealth of experience.
The delivery guys where brilliant and took time setting the sofas up in our room.
We would recommend Sofa Factory Outlet to anyone who is looking for old fashioned customer service where customer requirements are always a priority.

**update after having our sofa a few months**
The sofas are still fantastic, they have kept their shape.

Only issue we had was when turning the back cushion round as advised by sofa factory outlet, we noticed there was a material blemish on on it. This isn't a fault of Sofa Factory Outlet. I rang Mark and he arranged for the cushion to be picked up, repaired and be brought back the same day. True to his word, they came, took the cushion and brought it back in an hour - I am very impressed.

Also, through no fault of sofa factory outlet, my cushion slides on my laminate and has marked my wall. I mentioned this to the delivery man and he offered to go out of his way and go to the pound shop to buy some adhesive stickers for the legs - at no cost to me!

We were absolutely amazed by the relaxed, no pressure selling environment having been badgered by all the major sofa outlets on the high street to the point where we felt harassed and came away having being left angered.
Sofa Factory Outlet was the complete opposite, we weren't approached until we actually asked for help and this was on a very quiet morning.
They have a great selection of sofas to choose from, along with the most massive array of different materials, designs, sizes and cushions, meaning we were able to completely Design our very own bespoke sofa just the way we wanted it!
Mark, the sales associate, was very polite, charming and knows about his sofas! He sat down with us and helped us decide on exactly what we wanted, and there was absolutely no pressure to commit there and then, unlike other shops.
We arranged to have our sofa in the New Year to give us chance to decorate (we could have it earlier) so we ordered for late January. We actually required the sofa earlier, so rang Mark and he informed us the sofa was already made and waiting. He rang us back when he said he would and kept us informed of the progress and then the delivery date for the same week we rang!

The sofas have arrived and they are so beautifully hand made, I have checked and can not find a thread out of place. It is beautifully upholstered and extremely comfortable. My wife and I are so impressed
having used high street retailers before and the quality being nowhere near the same standard.

I emplore you to go with Sofa Factory Outlet.
Treat yourself to a quality Hand made British sofa rather than mass produced rubbish made abroad for the High street. We could never have gotten the quality sofas we have bought at the price we paid for these elsewhere.
