I’ve had several custom made sofas made to measure over the years, the service is always professional the sofas they have produced have been to a very high standard. Any small problems that I’ve ever occurred were dealt with straight away and communication has never been a problem again thank you Mark for another great service.

This is an amazing family buisness, lovely people run it and they're so helpful. Kami has been great and kept us up to date with how things were going, we feel we've known her forever and had lots of laughs and chats.
We bought our first suite from here 13 years ago and had new foam put in our seat cushions last year which was great and made the suite like new again.
We then decided to change our colour scheme so we knew exactly where to go for choice of many styles, fabric and colour and found the perfect one to suit us.
It was made and delivered in 12 weeks and our son and his family have had our old suite which has many more years of life in it.
Thank you Kami for being so professional but for also being a great friend.
If any one asks where to go for sofas/chairs and friendly staff, I would say The Sofa Factory Wolverhampton 100%.
Thank you again for everything, we love our new suite.
Oh and I mustn't forget the delivery men they were so helpful too and a good laugh.

We where looking for a new sofa unsure of what would fit right in our living room. A friend recommended sofa factory outlet when we went to the store we where approached a chap called mark he ran us through all the materials and designs and even came down on the same evening to measure our living room and advised us of the perfect size. Everywhere else we visited gave us dates of delivery with a 4 month with mark at the sofa factory outlet we got our perfect sofa in 5 weeks excellent overall svs would highly recommend them and to go see the mark the sales person. They are now getting another sofa ready for us for our lounge

Kammy has been amazing from the get go, as soon as we walked in with an idea, she had seen our vision and provided us with her expertise about what we require. We even gave a colour scheme and she already knew what we were after and had provided the relevant book to choose the fabric, colour and cushion fabric too. We are over the moon with our sofa as it fits perfectly in our space and also adds a classy elegance to our room. She even delivered on her promise to have this ordered and delivered before Christmas. Couldn't have done this without Kammy and cant thank her enough, a real credit to the Sofa Factory Outlet.
