The recently refurbished Black Country Arms is one of Walsall's oldest pubs, dating back as far as 1627. The Grade II listed pub was formerly known as The Green Dragon and is now part of the expanding Black Country Ales chain.

This means that The Black Country Arms have no fewer than 16 different hand-pulls which feature a changing selection of cask ales and ciders from all over the UK. The Black Country Arms also serves a great range of continental bottled beers and refreshing fruit wines.

Those looking for a hearty meal or a light bite will be delighted with The Black Country Arms' extensive hot and cold food, which is available daily. The carefully selected menu showcases the pub's high quality dishes, which are available at great prices.

Although the pub is housed in what can only be described as an impressive, grand and striking building, owners Kim and Roy offer a warm and friendly welcome to customers new and old.

Drinks

In addition to their ever-changing selection of real ales and ciders, The Black Country Arms also offer a great range of regular ales and ciders that are always available at the bar. This range includes Bradley's Finest Golden, Fireside Bitter, Pig On The Wall, Brew XI Best Bitter, Thatchers Cheddar Valley and Haymaker Gwynt Y Ddraig.

Customers can choose from an excellent selection of continental beers such as Leffe, Timmermans and Affligem (to name but a few), as well as fruit wines from Lyme Bay Winery. Just some of the flavours include blackcurrant, cherry, ginger, peach and raspberry.

The Black Country Arms also serves a range of spirits, liquors, wines, malt whiskies, draught beers and ciders, soft drinks, juices and mixers.

Cauliflower & Red Pepper Massala (V) with rice or chips & mini naan & poppadom

Jacket Potato with cheese, beans, tuna mayo, chilli con carne, chicken tikka masala or chickpea curry
