I help people to overcome the fear factor of dealing with difficult situations and con

versations. Ultimately, I help to take care of their people related problems and ensure that they can focus on their business.

With over 20 years of managerial experience and more than 18 years within HR, my knowledge and experiences give me the ability to cover a wide spectrum of HR needs, with experience in both public and private sectors and industries.

I work with clients in leisure, catering, criminal law and professional services, trades and maintenance and manufacturing and engineering. I bespoke my service to each client’s needs, whether that is providing  remote support such as writing baseline scripts for them to use to give them confidence to chair a meeting with their staff or attending an online meeting so they feel supported, through to having frequent presence 

within their business and acting as their HR Manager or Director — maybe even coaching their internal HR team!
