I needed a quote for an amendment to my policy and the lady I dealt with Charlotte Robinson was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend this company to anybody who needs Taylor made insurance to suit their circumstances

I have been insured with think insurance for many years now. Every year when my policy is due for renewal the price is always cheaper than the rest of the market. The staff are polite and very helpful. I would highly recommended think insurance.

Five stars for a five star company. Nobody really wants to move but it was refreshingly easy and pleasant dealing with Think Insurance when I had to renew. The old adage of Quality, Service and Cheap - pick any two from three just doesn't apply with these guys! Couldn't have been easier, good quality experienced staff sorted me out in minutes and no other company quoted me cheaper on a like for like basis. Highly recommend.

The best value on the market for our daughter (young driver.) And with the 'black box' fitted we know she is driving safely. It was supplied and fitted included in the cost of the insurance, quick and easy to organise too.

I have just insured my sons 1st car through Think Insurance and am very impressed with the service provided and of course the price! Our whole family insure with Think Insurance as they are competitively priced and no matter who you talk to you always get sound advice. Not sure who waited 50 minutes to get through as I always get through within about 30 seconds and I have used their services for 7 years!
