I recently had the pleasure of doing some business with Adam at Think Insurance. From the first meeting, right through to completion, everything was handled very professionally, wanting to know every detail of what we needed, future plans etc. in order to ensure that the insurance programmmes that we put in place were fit for purpose and cost effective.
The net result last week was a saving of circa £400 on our fleet insurance, and indirectly a further saving on our EL and PL. I shall be very much looking forward to sorting our plant insurance out with Adam in May.

Adam Haste at Think Insurance deserves a mention. After engaging us to fix a sensitive drainage issue at one of his clients, then in addition facilitating some additional work to fix the water main in the same area - Adam has managed the claim process with the insurer and also sorted out prompt payments - THANKS ADAM!!!

I would like to thank you for arranging our insurance for us. We have had several other quotes, which looked on the surface to be more competitive. However, whilst they seemed more competitive, not one of the companies took the time to assess our overall needs. I really appreciate the help and advice that you gave me. Had I not had this, we would have been left under insured and open to potential losses. As a charity I am aware that we need to ensure that we have full cover on many aspects ,some of which I hadn't thought about and I am happy that you took the time to discuss our full needs.

I contacted Think Insurance when our existing insurance broker couldn't help with getting higher public liability cover. I explained our problem to Adam and within a couple of hours he rang me with details of a policy to run alongside our existing insurance. We were on a deadline to get this to cover us on an important fitting job
and Adam was brilliant, he emailed me a letter to confirm cover and problem solved.
I will be contacting Adam when our existing cover ends.
