Liked the service from the agent, but she was not empowered to make any decisions, leading to delays.
Disliked the large amount of standard text that the agent had to go through. Much more than other companies that I got quotes from.
Disliked that clarification of my employment type caused an excessive delay to completing the insurance, despite this not affecting the policy on this vehicle.
Disliked waiting while the agent had to deal with other enquiries. I was waiting at the behest of Think Insurance for hours as a result.

Amazing I took out a policy on my 18th birthday and honestly was the best price for me and such friendly amazing staff I’ve just renewed for the third time and wouldn’t go anywhere else … very helpful for young drivers and affordable and thank you to Ali she was amazing and Jack who helped me last week find a good quote
