This insurance company is really good and always quick to answer the phone, only thing I would say is that whatever you change the price always increases which makes people not want to change things. Other than that it’s really good and have alright prices. Ellie is really nice and very helpful, also makes sure that the customer is happy and gives good suggestions. Thank you Ellie

I'm sure most of us hate having to trawl through getting insurance quotes. Using 'compare' insurance type sites can start an avalanche of unwanted canvassing contact - usually by companies that only want to bother with people that fit into all their 'tick boxes' for all those questions.
However, I had excellent service from Tim (Jones) at Think Insurance. Professional, polite and clearly willing to put himself out to provide a good service and to make sure that the insurance that he was offering was a good fit for my requirements.
