We recently incepted a young drivers car policy for my son with Luke. From inception to customer service to sales the service we have received has been second to none. Lauren in customer Services and Helen in sales are exceptional members of the team, friendly, efficient and empathetic just to name a few. They were simply wonderful. Thank you girls and to Luke who initially found us the most competitive quote out there. You are all doing amazing jobs and are a credit to the company.

I was helped by Ellie who couldn't have been more helpful. Courteous and friendly and had no problems empathising with my needs and problems. As always insurances take a time and when I raised a query she felt needed an underwriters answer she made sure that she phoned me with a reply when she promised. If she is an example of Think Insurances Services standard of care I look forward to much peace of mind.

I rang multiple trade insurers and as a new start up was rejected / not entertained. Recommended these guys by a fellow businessman (ask for phil the man is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable) and within 30 mins had me a quote with cover way beyond what i could have ever imagined. Phil was so patient and answered all my questions with total clarity (some i asked more than once!) and went above and beyond in making sure the process was as headache free as possible. I want to thank the company for helping me start this journey and especially Phil who honestly couldnt have done more ! I do hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Give these guys a shot honestly you will not be dissapointed! theyre quotes are unbeatable :) :D

Tim from Think Insurance sourced a trade policy for our business. It was very competitive and the customer service was fantastic. We negotiated and he did all the leg work. He took his time understanding the customer's requirements, and dealt in a very calm and professional manner. He represented himself and the company across well when talking to us, he was not robotic and impatient like many other competitors out there when searching for the best quote. He built rapport well, where despite the fact that the insurance provided was VERY competitive I still would go with them based on the service. I definitely recommend.

Recently bought MoHo insurance via Think insurance. My experience was fantastic.
