Tim from Think Insurance sourced a trade policy for our business. It was very competitive and the customer service was fantastic. We negotiated and he did all the leg work. He took his time understanding the customer's requirements, and dealt in a very calm and professional manner. He represented himself and the company across well when talking to us, he was not robotic and impatient like many other competitors out there when searching for the best quote. He built rapport well, where despite the fact that the insurance provided was VERY competitive I still would go with them based on the service. I definitely recommend.

Recently bought MoHo insurance via Think insurance. My experience was fantastic. Dealt with Ellie who was excellent, took time to understand my needs, returned my calls promptly and managed to get me a deal I was pleased with. Also very polite.
