Bought a new car which developed serious faults on the same day. Called think insurance and spoke to Darcy to cancel the policy. This is the point where I received suberb customer service. She worked out a plan to save me the admin fees by retaining the money on account as I want to use them when I get my next car. In theory they could have charged me the fees as I was going back to them anyway.
Good honest customer service goes along way. If only the dealer I bought the car from was as honest!!!

Today I spoke with think insurance representative Robert from the motor insurance policy team they are one of the best team that will provide you excellent insurance quotes i have used other big name brands such as gocompare, moneysupermarket and what not but Think Insurance Services was able to retireve a 75% reduction in price compared to other big name brands and this was all thanks to their representative Robert! I cant thank him enough! The quote was £4600 on my M4 compared to over £10,000 on other big name brands.... you decide for urself! Thanks Robert.
