So I called today and found myself speaking with luke Potts. Second to non service. In all of my years until today NOBODY and I mean NOBODY has ever warranted a positive review from me before other than the vet that saved my dogs life..
He went away and got me the best possible quote. He was very thorough over the phone and was very detailed. And on top of that. We all do it.. the guy at the insurance company starts reading scripts that nobody listens to. But this guy somehow managed to make it that little bit less boring and me and my mrs had a good laugh with him over the phone whole we where there.. so far so good with this company but I must highlight that this is just day one.. first impressions re great. I've seen some negative reviews about aftercare but if they're anything like luke I'm not worried at all

P.s. Luke's manager. You owe him 2 drinks since he managed to sell me 2 and owns to my policy. And in my 8 years driving I've never bought insurance and ons from anyone.

Just took out my car insurance with Think insurance and from my experience with them there has been Excellent customer service from Luke. Very patient and very friendly guy...we had a good laugh! My mom also loves how efficient he is aswell. I would 100% recommend this insurance company and 100% recommend Luke be the guy you speak to aswell!

Excellent service from Liam in the motor trade department. I called multiple brokers but Liam was the only one to offer me the cheapest insurance premium and an excellent level of service. Very clear about the policy and it’s cover and costings. 5/5 would recommend.
