Just took out my first insurance policy with Think Insurance and Luke was brilliant and very helpful throughout. He explained things thoroughly and patiently to myself and my parents. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their first policy and subsequent policies. This is my first experience of dealing with car insurance and Luke took the time to go through it step by step and made sure I understood it. Big thank you Luke!

Car insurance
Although I had hoped that the cost of my car insurance would be lower than the new quote offered, I appreciate that Think Insurance found me cheaper insurance (with a similar policy) than renewing the policy from last year. When I phoned last Saturday Justine explained what you could offer me and checked that the cover was comparable, incl the same extras, etc. for which I was grateful. As the systems were going down at the end of the Saturday telephone opening times, I was unable to make the payment then. Justine kindly phoned me on the following Monday to follow up but I was out in a shop & did not have my paperwork handy so I said I would phone sometime later on. I phoned yesterday, Thursday, and as Justine was not available, Sam kindly checked the new quote & a few queries I had and took my payment. She also told me about the possibility of breakdown cover. I felt that both Justine & Sam were very helpful, patient and careful in checking and explaining various things clearly. I appreciate how they dealt with sorting out my car insurance. Thank you.

A lovely lady by the name of Darcy Grainger helped us out immensely today. Had taken out a policy for my 17 year old son but after several requests and people sending emails the documents didn't arrive. Darcy sent the numerous documents over several smaller emails and waited until I had confirmed that they had all been received. Also my son had had problems logging in to view his driving ratings and so Darcy has reset all that too. Thank you.

So after a year out from driving I was referred to Think Insurance by a friend. The professional insurance agent I spoke to was David Turner. Simply incredible service and David is certainly a credit to the company he works for. Very professional, diligent, knowledgeable but more importantly in such a competitive market David has awesome customer care skills. I did not hesitate to take out a policy with the company. And to top it all of David supports Liverpool FC. A total pleasure to do business. All the best to Think Insurance, to David and all his colleagues.

I’ve just renewed my insurance through Think Insurance for the 3rd year and as always everything was straight forward and explained in detail by the lovely Samantha Hanley!
I’ve never had an issue with Think Insurance, you’re well taken care of as the staff are very attentive and being with them for 3 years I can happy say this about multiple members of staff (mishelle and Charlotte too!) who have dealt with me. If you’re a young driver looking for the best insurance, go through Think as they make everything so effortless for you. I have a black box policy through them and it’s perfect, it brings my insurance down there’s no curfew like there is on others, you can check your driving and parents can also check online using the dashboard! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I called Think Insurance today initially stressed as I was behind in providing information to the company and confused as to what was required. I spoke with Mishelle who listened and understood on the first attempt what needed to be done. She not only answered my questions and assisted me while on the phone in a reassuring tone but she proactively called my previous insurer to help resolve any discrepancies.
