My younger brother just passed his test today..I spent the afternoon calling round and getting quotes online.
I dealt with Kieran who was great. His clear and concise description of the policy left me feeling at ease that we had definitely found the right one. After consulting with my parents we called back and spoke to Ricky who ran through the details to double check they were all correct and started the policy for us as Kieran was on the phone dealing with another customer.
We then had a follow up phone call from Kieran checking in to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was ok. He confirmed that everything was in place for my brother to drive right away this evening.

Dealt with Laura Western. She was fab. Really helpful, explained everything in detail about the telematics system and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. Was in the process of shopping around for first insurance for my son but stopped there and then and took it out with Think Insurance. Even if it could be cheaper somewhere else the service provided made my mind up.

Set up insurance for Rosie my Daughter, liked the fact that you can set of as a provisional driver but the cost doesn't then change when you pass your test. All the other insurance companies make you take out another policy and charge you a cancellation fee. So far so good.
