Whilst getting quotations for motor trade insurance, my queries were handled by a guy called Tom Wilcox. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough for the patience in checking and answering my many queries, along with the professional approach he took. Here hoping next year provides the same great service

Requested for a new quote as a returning customer for motor trade and spoke to Paul who promised to return my call with available quotes and true to his word he came back to me today Friday 4th of Jan and superseded my expectation. Without hesitation I took out a new policy with think insurance. My previous experience with think insurance has been amazing their customer service is always on point and that's one of the reason I came back to them because the after care customers service is great. Would highly recommend this insurance company!! I was so nervous about calling as it was my first time looking for quotes so I wasn’t entirely sure on how it all worked but the service I received was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was so so lovely and welcoming. They were also super understanding; being a student and only working part-time, they made sure I got a really good and incredibly affordable deal on my car insurance! Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Think Insurance, I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!
