Set up insurance for Rosie my Daughter, liked the fact that you can set of as a provisional driver but the cost doesn't then change when you pass your test. All the other insurance companies make you take out another policy and charge you a cancellation fee. So far so good.

Darcy had to inform us that due to my airhead son we hadn't provided documents, although this was an onerous task because of the threat of cancelled insurance, it was carried out in a polite courteous, and professional manner. Just got some new motor trade insurance with these guys after some time out. Again, their customers service is brilliant even when answering your call for someone else. Communication within this company is obviously great. This time Liam from the Motor Trade department dealt with my quote. His attention to detail was great and explained everything in full so that nothing was missed. Nothing was too much trouble despite having to amend certain parts of the policy to get a better price. Spoke to Ricky, Katie and I think Charlotte all together as I had one problem with accessing a document and at first was a little indecisive about what insurance to go for as I've never had to buy it before! They where all so lovely and answered my questions fully without making it too complicated to understand like some other insurance companies do. It's been so easy and I would recommend this insurance company to anyone looking for insurance without a doubt. One of the few insurance companies where I didn't feel like all they care about is money and actually wanted to help.

Had an interesting experience with think insurance and hydepark telematics company,both very quick to try and destroy a young lads chance of driving ! I got involved when my son decided to buy a vw golf that had,been modified by previous owner i:e different bumpers and wheels, it was only with the help of Darcy Grainger at think, that we managed to sort the problems ! cannot thank her enough and my son has now been banned from buying anymore cars without me.
