There are definitely some dramas possible with having a black box. This review is for customer service. I had a company check out the engine of my car, they did this by driving 50 down the road in a 30. After my insurance was about to be terminated for speeding I explained the situation to a lady named Jen. She was wonderful, made my situation a priority and thankfully because I had a good record they saw that it wasn’t me that drove the car. Very happy and relieved that the situation was resolved!

Fantastic service, Lee Smith was so helpful and professional with a good personality he helped us get fantastic car insurance and after giving him my details he came back promptly within an hour with a quote and a fantastic quote!! I was desperately trying to find an insurance quote for a new car I had purchased. The prices that were being quoted were way to expensive for me so I decided to contact Think Insurance. My call was answered by Lee Smith, who was so helpful, He looked at quotes for me and found one which I was happier with. He then said he would email the company to see if they could get a cheaper deal for me. He was about to leave so he asked a colleague to check the emails to see if there was a reply. An hour or so later his colleague Jay rang me to advise me of a cheaper quote which I said I would accept. The next morning I spoke to Lee Smith again and went ahead with the quote. I am so grateful to him as I had been so stressed out. He was very helpful and I couldn't fault his professional manner
