I was desperately trying to find an insurance quote for a new car I had purchased. The prices that were being quoted were way to expensive for me so I decided to contact Think Insurance. My call was answered by Lee Smith, who was so helpful, He looked at quotes for me and found one which I was happier with. He then said he would email the company to see if they could get a cheaper deal for me. He was about to leave so he asked a colleague to check the emails to see if there was a reply. An hour or so later his colleague Jay rang me to advise me of a cheaper quote which I said I would accept. The next morning I spoke to Lee Smith again and went ahead with the quote. I am so grateful to him as I had been so stressed out. He was very helpful and I couldn't fault his professional manner

Customer service was brilliant, had a few issues with the first car i wanted to insure due to an update in the system, but when i got a vehicle i could insure the service i was provided by (Sam) was clear friendly and quick. I would highly advise going with this company as they are very professional.

Although I have a bad driving history (9 points), Lee Smith from Think Insurance was still able to save me atleast £400 on my premium compared to the cheapest quote I had from their competitors. Polite, Reasonable, Attentive and Keen are the first few words that come to mind. Thanks again Lee

I needed insurance and Think Insurance are very patient if you don't have the funds at the time and will hold the quote for a reasonable amount of time! And when we eventually were able to do it they explained it all in detail and were brilliant in setting up my insurance for me as a first driver!! Thank you
