What a fantastic shop and cracking lads! I dropped James a message yesterday looking for help in repairing my blown PA monitor. He found me a suitable part, installed and tested it at the drop of a hat. Thanks again James, great to meet such a genuine guy with 5 star customer values.

The staff are always really nice and are happy to help/advise for the best option for you. There is a huge range for everyone whether it be some percussion, guitar, keys, PA systems, or whatever music equipment suits your needs. I've managed to get percussive and guitar stuff here for great prices consistently.
I'm unsure why this shop isn't really busy. It's my favourite music instrument shop in the Walsall area. We've been to multiple across Walsall and the surrounding areas but none of them have been as good as this one. Definitely recommend.

Jim and the Bass player are really helpful 👌 really go out of there way to help you. The Bass man (sorry didn't get his name) actually drew me a diagram of how to set up my equipment which works brilliantly thankyou. Jim set up my guitar pedal for me and even went and bought cable from the shop over the road to beable to do it brilliant top blokes thanks 😊

Was looking for replacement stylus for record player, was told to try here by another shop in Bloxwich, so I did. Straight away was served and had exactly the right item. Thank you and would recommend as I didn't want to go online like most people not the same as getting things and seeing the actual item before buying.

I'm "old school" (cos I'm an old geezer 🤣) I believe in giving credit where it's due so if it's OK by admin I'd like to endorse TR Music in Walsall. I went over last Saturday to look at and compare PA systems. The guys in the shop could not have been more helpful, they set up speakers for me to hear and also let me put a track through the desk so I could hear them with my vocal. I can't fault their knowledge and customer service - that's why after a little haggle (well ya gotta get a deal ain't ya?) I chose to buy from them - frankly if I'd bought online I wouldnt have beaten their price by more than £20 anyway and having had gear delivered by courier in the past with damage and spent hours on the phone trying to get replacement goods I preferred being able to unbox my new PA in the shop and take it home myself. They even offered to dispose of the boxes for me. Good old-fashioned service with a smile! I will definitely use these guys again. So if you're in the Midlands I heartily recommend you drop by and see what they can offer - don't expect to find a flash modern showroom like some of the "big names" have because TR Music isn't that but they have an extensive stock of kit on display over two floors and staff that know their business and have extensive product knowledge

FANTASTIC!! If you need anything for music related items. Speakers ,microphones ,mixers, lights , musical instruments, leads, connectors, this is the place .he has new and second hand ..I had problem with my microphones ,Mike fixed them I couldn't believe they were fixable but he sorted them for me and

I purchased an electric drum kit for my daughter some time ago (Christmas present), I phoned up saying I’m having difficulty setting it up, they was so brilliant it’s untrue, they asked for my home address to come round and help me sort it (Even on his day off)

100% recommend this shop. I went in looking to get my speaker repaired, and the service was amazing. I got frequent updates, and the staff answered all of my questions + advised on other equipment I wanted to buy. You can tell they know what they're doing, and they were so awesome they ended up painting the front of my speaker for me as well, which left it looking brand new! (Not gonna lie, nearly cried with joy when they said it as I absolutely love my speaker and never thought of painting it, but it was definitely needed).
