Wonderful calm and peaceful place to visit on a sunny day the best part what makes it truly stand out is the children's water park and play area and taking Swan shaped boats across the main park. This place is very outstanding in my opinion.

A real gem in the middle of a town. You can loose yourself in the beauty of the trees and flowers but a fantastic place for children to enjoy themselves and it has something for everyone of every age.

Enjoyable for kids. Large playground for older and younger children. Zip wire, basic toilets and lots of green area for picnics, games, football etc. Free parking. Apart from my son thinking it was a good idea to jump over the stream and in mid air realising a muddy bog awaited him. Stuck in mud and a lost shoe! An expensive trip to the arboretum haha. All good fun and memories made.

Have a stroll around the lake (flat) with the ducks and swans or gentle slopes up to the tennis courts and water play area.
