Went with my girlfriend and was a very nice park. Plenty of dog walkers and birds on the lake. Will visit again definitely
Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly, alot of walkers around. Would recommend staying away if your dog had a bad / excited temperance.
Picnic area: Large areas of grass around the whole arboretum, and plenty of benches aswell.

A beautiful place with a STUPID car park locking up time of 4.45 and it is light for two more hours!

A very nice park, plenty of parking. Very clean and open. Good size for picnic and taking photos

Clean and green. Great place for children with the splash pool in the summer and plenty of ducks to feed and safe spaces to run around

Beautiful park.. always come for my long walks and very good wether proof walking trials. Good for pets and kids too.

The cafe doesn't allow dogs inside, no idea why.
Food was OK for the money
Dog-friendliness: Dogs welcome outside, but not allowed inside despite so much room and empty tables.

Had a lovely day out with my 2 dogs at the arboretum had a good walk round and even took a packed lunch and a drink .
Playground: Lots of children enjoying themselves on the swings and play areas
Restrooms: No toilets was open that was the only disappointment
Dog-friendliness: Dogs are mainly friendly never had a problem with anything there is some dog mess in places we're people not clean up after there dog.

Beautiful and relaxing, ideal for a lunchtime walk or even a bit of exercise. Particularly enjoy Parkrun on a Saturday morning at 9am. It's free, lots of friendly people and you can get a coffee afterwards
