It's just so lovely here.

Whether you want to jog, walk the dog, take the kids to play, feed the ducks, it's wonderful.

Atm there is a dinosaur thing (I think a bit like pokemon go?) Going on, I think it's aimed at kids but loads of adults were doing it.

It's also huge! I've just discovered yet another part of it that I didn't know about in my 30 years of visiting!

Wonderful trip down memory lane, thirty years since our last visit. The arboretum is still as good as it was and maybe a touch better. The only reason it did not get five stars is because the council abandoned what were superb illuminations back in 2010 I believe. A very enjoyable afternoon even with C19 conditions.

Great park for beautiful long walks, biking, jogging or any outdoor sport to be honest. Great lakes for feeding the ducks. Plenty of grass areas for picnics. Theres a small coffee shop with toilets on site too. Overall a well looked after park.

Fantastic park with huge amount of landscape to jog, walk, walk your dog. There are 2 tennis courts available which you can use for free by booking via telephone. 2 table tennis tables which if you bring your own paddles and ball you are able to use at any time too. Exercise bars for pull ups, dips, monkey bars etc. Cannot fault this place!

Nicely laid out park, lake, kiddie's play area covering a huge area. Plenty of room for a wander around the open grassy areas, we did a walk around edge and clocked up well over two miles. Summertime is great when the kiddie's paddling pool is filled and it attracts a lot of visitors.
