I wish this review was positive but unfortunately it isnt, the customer service i received from RSPCA Walsall was totally unacceptable. I applied for 2 bunnies, sent all photos as requested & then the lady stopped responding to my emails. I sent more asking what the outcome is and if the adoption is able to go ahead & asking why the bunnies i had applied for were now reserved and i hadn't been told anything. Did she respond? No.
The bunnies being homed with somebody different isnt the problem, the customer service and the waste of my time is. Not even a curtesy email to say sorry those have been rehoused but we have such and such still available, nothing. Thankfully now I have two very happy bunnies from a much nicer place. I cant say every experience will be like this, but mine was far from professional!

Walsall rspca is fantastic. They have always been very helpful to me to the point where I now foster for them. It is run by a really friendly bunch of volunteers who always go out of their way to be helpful

Walsall RSPCA rescue and rehome many animals in and around the Walsall area. They offer low price neutering and microchipping, to people on benefits. It is run solely by hard working volunteers, and is a very happy, friendly resce, where the anmials come first.

We have contacted RSPCA on various occasions and the volunteers have always been helpful and friendly. We adopted out gorgeous two rabbits from them, and the dedcation to the animals is unreal. The volunteers we dealt with were so kind, and answered all the questions we asked. Highly reccommended
