Fantastic fast honest service. Had a puncture and they were honest enough to say it was repairable for £12 instead of me having to buy a brand new tyre. I was in and out within under 30mins. Keep up the good work lads. Thank you once again for a fantastic, reliable and honest service :-)

These Guys are AMAZING!!!!! Raj is a Legend! I only ever use BMW main dealerships for service, maintenance and repairs but was working in the area when my X3 started making some suspicious noises, I called up and spoke to Raj and got booked in for the following day, from the second you arrive you are met with professionalism and knowledgeable technicians, these guys love what they do and it shows! I dropped the car off at 8am and it was ready and waiting for me at 5pm, the after sales service is also spot on! I just need these guys to relocate to Cardiff and they’d have my business for life!

Fantastic work! Raj was a top bloke worked out the problem quickly and had the part sourced and fitted all the same day for a great deal. Went above and beyond for me. Would recommend to anyone to get anything done on there vehicles.

Excellent service from start to finish, I bought a van elsewhere that needed looking at. Spoke with Raj who showed great knowledge and understanding. Took the van in on the day and got it back in running order 2 days later. Good old customer first service. Keep up the good work guys!

Casing on my passenger side wing mirror came away, popped in on the off chance it could be put back on. Service I received was exceptional fixed within 5 minutes. Will definitely recommend and use again

I discovered that I had a flat tyre, phoned Walsall Wood Tyre, and a fitter arrived with a new tyre, and fitted it - all within half an hour. Excellent and friendly service.

my names paul allen . ive used these guys for years and gotta say never had a problem with them fantastic service didnt expect car back for 5 days but they got it all sorted within 2days. very freindly n honest ..... i lost my late mothers gold chain a few years back n whilst these guys were fixing my car they found it and handed it back. overall a fantastic sevice i give them a 10

Took the van here yesterday to Raj and Gav. It needed more work than expected and wasn't worth it. They didn't pressure me into having anything, just gave me a couple of options, which I highly appreciate. Included with Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Will most definitely use again.

I was recommended to Walsall Wood and Raj from a friend who owns a very reputable company in the industry. I needed a belt doing, Raj and the team sorted me out to drop AND fit the next day.
Very professional, and helps that Raj is a top bloke with some good chat on all things cars and projects.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Raj & the team! ... I have always been a main dealer type of guy if I’ve ever had any issues with my BMW 2 series. However, I needed new back pads & discs but also needed the car back the next day (the main dealer couldn’t help me) so I called Raj ....
He got the car booked in, got the parts & got everything done by 5:00pm the next day as promised.
The service, workmanship & price I received was second to none.
I’ve been back another two times since for a oil service & a front suspension issue. Same great service & price as before. So this review is long over due!
Better customer service, better price but the same parts that the main dealer uses.
