Been a customer at this Garage for 6 years now and wouldn't take it anywhere else. Broke down on the m42 and thankfully had the car towed to the service building and had the car back within a couple of days. They really do go above and beyond with customer service. Couldn't rate them higher.

Excellent and professional service, hands down one of the best in the area and here’s why ......
A week ago I found myself in a little bit of a dilemma where my front spring had snapped on my car and after calling serval garages walsall wood tyres and service were only too happy to help. They were completely transparent from the off and gave me the worst case scenario in terms of price so there was no shocks which was great ( it ended up being cheaper which was a nice bonus). Unfortunately my part could only be sourced from Land Rover and there was no parts in the entire country, no one knew when they were coming in.
What a service I received as Raj worked tirelessly on chasing the parts daily and keeping my updated daily. In fact some days he updated me a few times a day where relevant. He insisted in Land Rover sending an emergency request for the part which resulted in them arriving in less than one week. This was amazing as Land Rover told me it could be 2 months.
From start to finish I received a professional and friendly service, where they couldn’t do enough to accommodate my needs. I will most definitely be recommending them in future and using again.

Excellent service. A very friendly and efficient team. Prices are certainly more competitive than the Ford Garage I have used in the past. I have used them for MOT, Service and repairs and will definitely use them in the future. Good communication and personal service. I even had a considerable reduction on my bill because car was not ready for collection. Very fair. Would certainly recommend them.

Excellent speedy service,puncture on way to work,they open at 8am whereas other places were closed! Fixed whilst I waited and was quickly back on my way to work. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

Will certainly be using these going forward. Had a van off the road so had to pay for a hire van to keep earning. Turn around time was fast, price was good and Raj kept me up to date on the clean and repair. He didn't over promise and under deliver which unfortunately many companies can do, he gave realistic time frames with explanations and delivered as he said he would. Definitely a place I am happy to recommend

Fantastic fast honest service. Had a puncture and they were honest enough to say it was repairable for £12 instead of me having to buy a brand new tyre. I was in and out within under 30mins. Keep up the good work lads. Thank you once again for a fantastic, reliable and honest service :-)

These Guys are AMAZING!!!!! Raj is a Legend! I only ever use BMW main dealerships for service, maintenance and repairs but was working in the area when my X3 started making some suspicious noises, I called up and spoke to Raj and got booked in for the following day, from the second you arrive you are met with professionalism and knowledgeable technicians, these guys love what they do and it shows! I dropped the car off at 8am and it was ready and waiting for me at 5pm, the after sales service is also spot on! I just need these guys to relocate to Cardiff and they’d have my business for life!

Fantastic work! Raj was a top bloke worked out the problem quickly and had the part sourced and fitted all the same day for a great deal. Went above and beyond for me. Would recommend to anyone to get anything done on there vehicles.
