Had a "slow puncture"on my Lupo which Walsall Wood Tyre & Service diagnosed as a bad seal which they rectified.About a month later I noticed another slight loss of pressure which I assumed was an unrelated problem and again visited them.turned out to be the same problem.The mechanic returned the wheel to the car having ground away all flaking paint,resealed and new valve.Asked how much I owed,expecting another bill...pleasantly surprised to be told as it was the same or a similar problem...no charge...excellent customer relations...Thankyou...!!!

Great guys and fully professional. Had 4 tyres recently and wheel alignment, top job. This was my 2nd visit, they sorted my van out the 1st time. Will go back for sure.

Nathan and the lads at Walsall Wood Tyre & Service did me proud today.
They quoted for a job on my car and when it turned out that the job was a lot more complicated (and expensive) than first thought, they fixed my car regardless and didn't charge any extra.
How many garages would do this for you? I am chuffed to bits! Call Nathan for honest and friendly advice on all your motoring needs. I am a driving instructor so it's more than just an inconvenience when my car isn't working. Nathan made sure the job was done promptly.

Called at 9.30 am with a problem with my sons car. He is a key worker so needed car back as soon as possible. Car was taken to garage at 10.30 am and received the car back at 1 in the afternoon. Brilliant, professional service. Would definitely recommend Walsall Wood tyres!
