Allsopp’s have been my mother’s dental practice for years and since going into a dementia care home in July my mum has needed x-rays and an extraction on top of her usual checkups. Because of the dementia it has been a long process and quite difficult to navigate (especially as I am in a different country)
However, Wendy at Allsopps has been absolutely fantastic and orchestrated even the most difficult situations with military precision. She has gone above and beyond to make all my mums appointments run smoothly (as smoothly as they can with people living with dementia) and handled everything with the greatest care and sensitivity.
I cannot rate Wendy highly enough, quite simply I could not have managed without her these past few weeks, and for that I thank her, a thousand times over.
