Apprenticeships are an effective way to develop the kind of employees that your business needs.  By taking a your person aged 16-24 you will ensure that they will develop the skills and experience that will suit your business.  Apprentices are an investment in averting a skills shortage in the future and are an excellent way of developing and motivating staff.

Apprenticeships allow young people aged 16 – 18 to have a paid job and achieve qualifications including an NVQ Level 2 or 3 by learning as they work.

Employers pay apprentices a minimum wage of £95 a week while the College funds and delivers all of the training. The programmes last between 8 and 18 months.

An Apprenticeship is a brilliant first step on a career path in many industries and a great way for employers to recruit and develop new staff in their business.

At Walsall College we offer a wide range of Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships, click here for a full list of courses.
