This year’s main Caldmore Village Festival will be held over the bank holiday weekend of Saturday 28th, Sunday 29th and Monday 30th May.
The Festival is to be held at Caldmore Community Primary School grounds from 12 noon until 8.30pm with entertainment carrying on into the evening at the support venues of The Wheatsheaf & The White Lion.
Background of the Festival
Caldmore Village Festival Group was set up in 2009 by a local, independent body with the aim of arranging multi-cultural community based events in the Caldmore area.
Caldmore is the home to many different cultures, as well as, many of Walsall’s artists and artisans. The festival is therefore a fantastic initiative to encourage these cultures to come together and celebrate community spirit.
