Walsall Council’s leisure service are looking for dance schools who provide adult dance classes to people who live in Walsall to take part in the dance festival. Dance surgeries are being held on September 9 for those interested in becoming part of the dance festival.
Walsall Dance Festival will be held from November 14 to 27 and the main showcase event will take place in Walsall town centre on November 14- with dance clubs around the borough giving demonstrations and encouraging people to dance their way into fitness.
The aim of the dance festival is to invite people to attend the free taster classes for a two week period during the festival - which will hopefully then encourage them to continue with the classes.
Anyone interested in becoming involved in the festival and booking a slot for the dance surgery on September 9 should contact Walsall Council for more information.
