A couple of months ago a teenager called Stephen Sutton was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 15. Since he was first diagnosed with cancer he made a bucket list with around 46 different activities.
Not all of his goals on his bucket list were completed but the biggest goal that he had completed was to raise over £10,000. In fact he raised well over his target of £10,000, after an overnight surge of donations after his campaign went viral the total reached into the millions.
With the help of many celebrity figures on social media they raised the total to well above 5 million pounds, Teenage Cancer Trust today said that the funds would help fund university degrees to battle the deadly disease. It would also help fund the cancer trust around the UK in the coming years.
