Conveyancing Quality Scheme
Addison O’Hare Joins the First Law Firms to Gain a
Conveyancing Quality Scheme
Local Solicitors Addison O’Hare have been celebrating their achievement to become one of the first firms to gain membership to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
The Walsall legal practice had to undergo a rigorous assessment process by the Law Society in order to achieve the CQS Status. This Scheme provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
Senior Partner, Dixon Wilton, head of residential and commercial conveyancing, said: -
“The Scheme sets a new standard in the home buying process. In what is already a crowded conveyancing market, this accreditation sets us apart. Addison O’Hare will be clearly visible to anyone looking to buy a home. In what is normally the most expensive purchase of a person’s life, it is vital that they can rely on a quality service.”
In the present economic climate, consumer confidence has gone through very difficult times and has been very severely challenged. Addison O’Hare believes the Scheme establishes integrity, good practice management standards and conveyancing procedures that consumers can trust.
