For those wanting to improve their fitness and their local environment - plogging might be the answer.
Plogging is the term invented by Erik Ahlstrom referring to the act of picking up little while jogging - a blending of the Swedish term plocka upp, which means to pick up and jogging.
All equipment is provided and sessions are supervised.
